This morning in the shop I met the lovely Nicole Roberts from Burgh Bakes who makes wonderful handmade marshmallows.
The shop was full of decorators and Mr Cupcake who was sawing and drilling lots of wood and generally making a bit of a mess, so Nicole and I retreated to the soon to be kitchen to sample her wares!
The Key Lime Pie Marshmallow was truly scrumptious, a crumbly biscuit base combined with a bitter-sweet mallow.........:)
Then it was time for Millionaire Shortbread and Chocolate Mint, both or which were delicious.
We will be stocking a selection of flavours in the shop.
Heavenly Marshmallows for breakfast.........yum yum!
